If you can't judge a book by its cover then you definitely can't judge a band by its song titles. Take Southern California's newest Pressure for example. With song titles like "Send n00dz Plz!" and "I <3 Jesus" you might expect something really ironic with drum machines and keyboards. But with Pressure, instead, we get a band that reminds me of a mixture of Cursed and Unbroken. While they aren't as good as these influences, this demo's songs combine the sounds in a way that doesn't sound redundant but instead a mixture of sharp and blunt objects aimed at foreheads. With members of Fortunate Son, Lead By Example and other Southern California bands, Pressure has past experience in "rocking" and isn't afraid to dangle it in front of our faces in song form. Snd m0r s0ngz plz?
