Giant Squid have provided an update on their recent lineup changes and their plans for 2007. First and foremost, the band announced the addition of vocalist/cellist Jackie Perez Gratz. Gratz is known for her work in the groups Amber Asylum and Grayceon, as well as collaborations with Neurosis, Asunder, and Today is the Day.
Giant Squid will be taking to the road for their first U.S. tour in March. Ludicra and Black Elk will accompany the band along the Westcoast and into the South for showcase at the South by Southwest Festival. Giant Squid will continue on to the Eastcoast and into Canada for the remaining dates with Grayceon in tow. All dates are being finalized, we'll post them once they are complete.
