Taking place Sept. 19-20, Riot Fest Toronto has announced Wave 1 of its acts, including Wu-Tang Clan, Rancid, Motörhead, GWAR, Frank Turner, Babes in Toyland, All Time Low, and more. The full line-up will be unveiled on June 16.

SPB hit up the popular 2-day showcase last year.
