From Bellingham, WA, Your Heart Breaks will release a record on Kill Rock Stars on July 7. The indie-pop band is led by trans musician Clyde Petersen, with a studio lineup of Eli Moore and Ashley Eriksson (LAKE) and Katherine Paul Black Belt Eagle Scout)., along with guest musicians -- including Christine Fellows and John K. Samson (both of Weakerthans) on their latest single, "Snow Dusted Ponies."

The 19-song record explores themes of love, friendship, late-night adventures, obscure films and literature, queer identity, and self-conceptualization from a small town perspective.
