On a West Coast tour of the US and Canada as we speak, playing San Diego tonight, Bad Cop/Bad Cop has shared a new personal song off an upcoming double A-side 7", Shattered/Safe and Legal!. The new single is called Safe and Legal," and offers the band's take on abortion rights.

Bassist Linh, who also sings on the song, notes:

Abortion is a crucial aspect of healthcare, and everyone should have the right to access it without facing any form of social judgment. Our ongoing effort is to remove legal restrictions and integrate them as a routine medical procedure. It's a private healthcare matter, plain and simple.
