East Coast Tsunami Fest 2013 in Reading, PA has announced their line-up and schedule. The 3-day event features tickets by the day or for a full weekend pass for $99 and includes headliners such as Hatebreed, Bouncing Souls, Terror, Strife, Fucked Up, The Menzingers, and more.
