I was actually so enchanted and had so few reservations about the curation aspect of the lineup, that I decided to go this year as well, without a question.
So, get ready for an unforgettable experience as Jazz in the Park returns for its 11th edition, in the same stunning location as last year, promising a lineup that will ignite your passion for music and immerse you in the rich tapestry of jazz! With a carefully curated selection of renowned artists and exciting newcomers, this year's festival is poised to surpass all expectations, much like last year, if not, maybe, even more so.
Joining the already stellar lineup of musical virtuosos are some new names that will undoubtedly leave their mark on your soul. Prepare to be mesmerized by the enchanting sounds of Theo Croker, Camilla George, Ronnie Foster, Nightmares on Wax, Nickodemus, Guts, Jan Gunnar Hoff Trio, Moss Farai, and the talented duo KLT & Jessy Elsa Palma and many others! It takes place Sept. 1-3 at Ethnographic Park in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
But that's not all – there’s another surprise in store for all of you lucky attenders! Embracing the spirit of discovery, we proudly welcome the winners of the International Jazz in the Park Contest: the captivating bands Klawo, JazzQuarters Trio, and DS Project Orchestra, who will undoubtedly set the stage ablaze with their incredible talent.
