Tintinnabulation resounds through the astral planes pulsating waves of pleasure that wash over the mind's crevices. Electrical jolts of sensory disturbances alter perception guiding you through dark passageways toward doors with rays of light pouring through cracks and crevices for those brave enough to explore.

Lawrie the high lord of shoe pondering kinship amongst psychedelic warlords has reinvented and suspired sweet breath into telescopic proportions—electroconvulsive therapy for those doing somersaults down dark corridors filled with grabbing outstretched hands begging thee to join. Don't stray from the path. The small ray of hope is there for those who seek it out. Everything belongs like the one-winged butterfly that sits on a branch under starlight by the sea as only lovers know.
Lawrie lurks in the corner head hung low with outstretched hands filling in holes and sucking out souls. Long strands of hair hang over his eyes staring upward through icy daggers. Not the soundtrack for weddings but maybe the downfall and aftermath of ruined marriages. Purveyors of dark rooms, minimal lighting and astral projection floating above the tobacco-stained ceiling looking down at what might have been and what once was.

The Dark Roy Orbison - A Candy Colored Clown they call the sandman. Close your eyes and drift away. Bite the poisoned apple. Sleep My Darling, Sleep because Only Lovers know. The darkness hides in shadows and corners and lurks behind everyday innocence in the fluorescent signs of 7-11’s, big gulps, white picket fences and flag-waving Patriots.

Think The Jesus and the Mary Chain, The Only Ones -The Beast, Joy Division, Velvet Underground, and Cohen all twisted into a cannon-sized spliff and super toked from Lawrie into your ever-inviting chapped lips preparing to go on a Fantastic Voyage. Watch for antibodies. Come with me to the endless sea.

Weisskalt (2023)

Yet earlier in the year, the historic act from England put out another record through the small, independent Aussie record label Weisskalt. Experimental Health is the ying to Of Tomorrow’s yang, tilting much more towards the experimental side of the band, but without forgetting their post-punk and shoegaze … Read more
