Posted by Michael on Thursday 9th March, 2006Xiu Xiu have finished the recording of their new full-length. The Air Force will contain 11 songs and was produced by Greg Saunier of Deerhoof and will see a release on September 15th.
Xiu Xiu is also working on a five song cover EP for a release this May. It will be packaged with two songs on a 7" and three songs a CD in one gatefold. The band will be covering Bauhaus, Alex Chilton/This Mortal Coil, Nedelle, Elliot Smith, and Nina Simone.
