Posted by Matt on Tuesday 15th January, 2008Tiger Army's former bassist Geoff Kresge has rejoined the psychobilly band after 3 years of absence, marking a return to the 'classic' lineup that featured on the band's second and third albums. Replacement bassist Jeff Roffredo has apparently left 'as a friend' to pursue other interests. Kresge, formerly bassist for AFI, had this to say:
"I don't think people understand what a difficult decision it was for me to make when I left the band in late 2004, or that it may or may not have been for the reasons that the fans have heard or read about. Being given the opportunity to rejoin the band is an exciting prospect!"
Tiger Army released Music From Regions Beyond in 2007.

When I interviewed Nick not long after Geoff left, he did comment on Geoff possibly rejoining the band:
Nick 13: I have no idea. I mean, who's to say? It's not really in the plans, but who's to say what's gonna happen in 5 or 10 years.
I guess he wasn't too far off with the 5 year thing. Reply to this
