Posted by Loren on May 18, 2013

Layne Staley’s mother, Nancy McCallum, is bringing the remaining original members of Alice in Chains, Jerry Cantrell and Sean Kinney, to court on count of royalty distribution. The band seeks to discontinue her payments of 16% of the band's income while continuing payment in relation to songs penned by Staley.

Staley passed in 2002.
