Matt Skiba (Alkaline Trio) has a new project called Lektron, sharing two new songs from the quartet earlier this week in a two song single called "Dirty Jacks/She's a War" via Asian Man Records. Not just Skiba, Lektron features  Atom Willard (Rocket From The Crypt, Against Me!) on drums, Hunter Burgan (AFI) on bass, and Randy Moore (Spiritworld, Dan Andriano & The Bygones) on lead guitar, with Skiba on vocals and guitar as well.

The songs are on streaming platforms now with pre-orders for vinyl, expected in late June, available.

The single is just the start, as a full-length album and tour announcements are expected for later this year.
