Record Store Day Black Friday, Nov. 24, will mark the release date for a new compilation called Noise For Now: Vol. 1, featuring tracks form Tegan and Sara, Sleater-Kinney, Fleet Foxes, My Morning Jacket, Amanda Shires + Jason Isbell, Wet Leg, and more. It is the debut release from a new label, Noise for Now, whose purpose is to raise funds and awareness for abortion access and reproductive rights.
The new LP also comes with a special print designed by Kim Gordon. Ten percent of profits will go toward the organization, with 90% earmarked for the cause.
