A new 40 Watt Sun is coming: Perfect Light, due for release on Jan. 21 via Svart Records (physical) and Cappio Records (digital). The help hype the new release, the band has shared a new single, the title track "Perfect Light."
In addition to Patrick Walker on guitars and vocals, the track features guest musicians Ajit Gill (Vertaal) on drums, and Lorraine Rath (Amber Asylum/Worm Ouroboros) on bass.
The physical album will release as a 2CD and 2LP with an extensive booklet of lyrics and photography, with the CD featuring a bones live EP and the first vinyl pressing coming with a limited bonus 12" single.
