Portland, OR trio Hurry Up have a new album to ready to release on June 24, Dismal Nitch, via Comedy Minus One. The band released a self-titled LP in 2015 and is back seven years later with its follow-up, as well as lie dates with Bikini Kill. The new album as recorded in 2019-2020 and finally makes it to the other side later this month.
Hurry Up only has one prior release, but members may be familiar, featuring drummer/singer Kathy Foster (Thermals, All Girl Summer Fun Band, Roseblood, Slang), guitarist/vocalist Westin Glass (Thermals), and bassist/vocalist Maggie Vail (Bangs).
