A new Clash compilation/tribute will release on Feb. 7, Heart & Minds & Crooked Beats, which benefits the International Rescue Committee. To announce the release, both Mirah and TEKE::TEKE have shared their renditions of Clash classics. Mirah covers "I'm Not Down" whereas TEKE::TEKE covers "Bankrobber."
Feb. 7 is also dubbed International Clash Day, a term originated by KEXP DJ John Richards in 2013. The International Rescue Committee’s global fund supports work on humanitarian crises and helping impacted individuals rebuild their lives.
The compilation also features covers from the Dandy Warhols, Big League, Sean Barna, and more.
