Top 5 Solicitations on Myspace

Top Five Musical Solicitations On Myspace:

  1. Chosen

As I said in the review I wrote, the fact that these guys aren't signed is a crime. They could give Dave Mustaine lessons.

  2. Nattervrede

Blacker than black scary metal from the dark deep forests of?well, Connecticut, which can be scary in a Village of the Damned kind of way.

  3. Art Af Oryx

I thought it was a typo too. German ambient jazz bringing to mind Bohren Und Der Club of Gore and Absinthe-era Naked City.

  4. Jen Gloeckner

Sparse, atmospheric spookiness from the heartland. Haunting.

  5. The Cosmic Vampires

What can I say - I'll always be a sucker for horror-themed surf music, especially when it's from Spain.

Top Five Non-Musical Solicitations On Myspace:

  1. Luis Guzman

I have no idea how or why, but little ol' me was chosen to be a friend of the man that made Out of Sight, Boogie Nights, and Carlito's Way that much more awesome. And yes it is official, you cynical bastards.

  2. Optimum Wound Comics

Neo-noir with lots of guns from my very own hometown. Cool as hell. Who says Canadians can't be violent?

  3. Loma Lynda

I have no idea what's going on, but David Lynch would be proud.

  4. The Nocturnal Modeling Agency

Jesus, these women are gorgeous. Way better than Suicide Girls. As seen in your favorite Gorgoroth video.

  5. The XXXorcist

Forget Two Girls, One Cup, just like Evil Head and Re-Penetrator, horror-spoof porn is the only porn worth watching.
