After reports were denied that Radiohead would be scoring the film, Film distributor Warner Independent Pictures recently informed Entertainment Weekly that Richard Linklater's upcoming film version of the Philip K. Dick novel A Scanner Darkly will in fact feature music from Radiohead as well as a song from Thom Yorke's upcoming solo effort. Radiohead are set to release the follow-up to 2003's Hail to the Thief sometime this year... we hope.
