Blur To Re-Unite

Posted by Matt on December 30, 2006

Britpop heroes Blur, best known for their 90s anthems "Parklife", "Song 2" and "Country House", are set to reform after years apart. The band split when guitarist Graham Coxon departed after drunken antics created intra-band tension. According to a source at TheSun.co.uk:
"As soon as Damon has finished his tour with The Good The Bad And The Queen in February they are planning to go into the studio. It will be one step at a time. It may not be a long-term project — it will probably be one last final Blur album to bring closure to the band. Just how it should have been."
UPDATE: It seems that Graham Coxon has denied the rumours. Damn.
