As detailed by the Detroit Area Hardcore blog, Hellmouth has a wealth of new material set to surface during the remainder of 2010. Most importantly, the group's next full-length will be recorded July at Audiolox Studio with Marc Hudson (Saves The Day) at the helm. A title and record label have yet to be disclosed, though the effort will not be released by Ferret Music, with whom the group put out their last album.
Additionally, the Hellmouth tracks will appear on three forthcoming split releases. For starters, three tracks the group recorded last fall will appear on a split 7" with Chicago's Explode and Make Up. The vinyl will be released on two different colors via Underground Communique. Those same recording sessions produced an additional song which will be featured on a four-way split 7" with Embrace the Kill, Mouth Sewn Shut, and In Defence. Finally, band will team up with Cleveland's Wreak Havoc for a split 7" to be released by Paper + Plastic later this year.
