Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain may no longer be with us, but he's still making the news. The ashes of Cobain, which were held in his wife's - Courtney Love - possession, were recently stolen from Love's California home. While some of his remains were scattered in a Buddhist temple in New York and in the Wishkah River in Washington, the rest went to Love. The ashes had been stored in "a pink teddy-bear-shaped bag along with a lock of his hair." Love has responded to the event in the following manner:
I can't believe anyone would take Kurt's ashes from me... I find it disgusting and right now I'm suicidal... If I don't get them back I don't know what I'll do.
