Nominations for the 2009 class of the Rock 'n Roll Hall of Fame have been announced. The nine nominees are The Stooges, Metallica, Run-D.M.C., War, Wanda Jackson, Bobby Womack, Little Anthony and the Imperials, Chic, and Jeff Beck. Five of the nine will make it in with the induction ceremony taking place April 4th.
