Merge Records Gets Book Treatment

Algonquin Books will be releasing a book that chronicles the world of Merge Records.  Titled Our Noise: The Story of Merge Records, The Indie Label that Got Big and Stayed Small, the book will discus the label's beginnings in the late 1980's and growth over the past twenty years, including an introduction by Ryan Adams and artist profiles of The Arcade Fire, Neutral Milk Hotel, Spoon, and more.  The book will be released on September 15th.
