Saved By Grace frontman dies

Posted July 28, 2010, 1:01 a.m. in Obituaries by Jon E.

Josh Broadhead, vocalist for defunct Kansas City, MO metalcore band Saved By Grace has reportedly passed away. Though details remain unclear, Broadhead apparently hanged himself on Monday. He was twenty-nine years old.

The group had been active from roughly 1999 through 2002, before calling it quits in late-2003. Members of the band also did time in bands such as Hopesfall and Eighteen Visions. Prior to breaking up, Saved By Grace released a split with The Esoteric and a full-length with Recorse Records (Winds Of Plague, Love Is Red).
