Washington D.C. hardcore-punk band Set to Explode have broken up. The band released Set to Explode via Grave Mistake Records in 2005. The band's Myspace contains the following statement about their demise:
We were working on writing a new 7" that our friends at Youngblood Records were gonna release, but then we broke up. We were a punk band, what do ya expect?
