Pittsburgh instrumental band Broughton's Rules will be releasing their next album on Relapse Records. The record, dubbed Anechoic Horizon, is their second as a band. It was recorded by Justin Pizzoferrato and contains 8 songs. The group includes members of Don Caballero.
