Bands: New Stabbed in Back recorded

Albuquerque, NM's Stabbed in Back have finished recording a new record with Chris Fogal (the Gamits) and have a tentative release planned for later this year on a still to be determined label. The band released the EP Wait for Light last year on Say-10.

Ipecac Recordings will release the debut from The Unsemble on March 3. The band includes members of Tomahawk, Einstürzende Neubauten, and the Silver Jews, forming an instrumental trio. More specifically, the group features Alexander Hacke, Duane Denison, and Brian Kotzur. The record contains 15 tracks, all recorded in Nashville.
