St. Albert, AB's All Else Fails have announced their third record, The Oracle, What Was, Is and Could Have Been, will be released on August 19, 2011 on Suicidal Bride Records.
The album will contain 12 tracks and is a follow-up to 2009's Against the Darkening of the Sky.
