Heineken has recently dropped a cover of the Dead Kennedys' "Too Drunk To Fuck" from commercials, as it was deemed to encourage "irresponsible or immoderate drinking according to The Portman Group, an industry watchdog.
In response, the band has denied granting Heineken permission for use of the song and their attorneys are currently addressing the un-authorized use.
