Long-running Los Angeles, CA band Red Hot Chili Peppers will be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum in 2012. The band was formed in 1983 and has numerous multi-platinum releases. They released I'm With You earlier this year.
Their induction will take place on April 14, 2012 in Cleveland, OH. It is the 27th annual induction ceremony for the museum.
