After a rant at the IHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas, NV last weekend, Green Day member Billie Joe Armstrong is reportedly seeking treatment for substance abuse. The band just released Uno!, the first of a three-part record release spanning fall-winter of 2012-2013.
