On Dec. 18 the world will be blessed wit ha new LP from Baroness. Titled Purple, the new record will be on the band's own Abraxan Hymns label.

To build up excitement, they've already released "Chlorine & Wine."

Purple is the band's 4th album and first since 2012's Yellow & Green (Relapse). “After releasing a lengthy and investigative record like Yellow & Green we all felt that we needed to make something much more direct and immediate,” John Baizley says of the record.
