Pig Destroyer has started work on a new album, their sixth full-length to date and first since 2012's Book Burner. In addition to working on new material, the group also announced a short December tour in California with Despise You, Necrot, and Call of the Void.

The new album is expected to relese in the summer of 2018 on Relapse Records. SPB talked with the group back in 2012.
