Who/what is Wasted Shirt?

Ty Segall and Brian Chippendale of Lightning Bolt have teamed up to form Wasted Shirt, a blast of noisy but crafted rock who will released a debut album named Fungus II at the end of the month (February 28) on Famous Class Records.

A new video for "All is Lost" is shared after the jump.
