Tap Night, the debut EP by Thoughtcrimes, will be reissues digitally and on vinyl with two new tracks, beginning on Oct 8 by Pure Noise Records.

Now at 6 songs in length, the EP features a lineup of former Dillinger Escape Plan drummer Billy Rymer, vocalist Rick Pepa, guitar players Russ Savarese and Brian Sullivan, and bass player Cody Hosza.

One of the two previously unreleased songs, "Misery's A Muse" has a hand-drawn, animated video out now, created by Rymer’s brother, Tom, and artist Riley Schmidt.

“My brother Tom Rymer is an incredible artist who has helped us tremendously on numerous occasions,” Billy Rymer explains in a statement. “His friend Riley Schmidt is another massive talent and artistic genius. The two worked with us tediously on making a conceptual, hand drawn animated video for ‘Misery’s A Muse.’ They also sparked and executed the concept for the Tap Night cover art.”

The band is also planning a full-length, produced by Mike Watt, currently set for release in 2022 on Pure Noise.

Tap Night track list:

Artificer
Soapbox Sermon
Punk Rock Guilt
Lux Row
Misery’s A Muse
Wedlock Waltz
