Indie punk band Fuss, formed by vocalist and bassist Bob Vielma (Shinobu), guitarist Chase Knobbe (Joyce Manor), and drummer Nick Aguilar (Mike Watt, Slaughterhouse), has shared a new single this week vi the Phat 'n' Phunky label (run by Vielma).

Titled "Teriyaki Dinner," it's the first taste of the band and one of the songs on their upcoming Jan. 14 debut album, We're Not Alone, engineered, mixed, and mastered by Jeff Rosenstock.

Speaking of the single, Vielma offers:

It's about that period of being like, 25 to 35, where I feel like it's not the idea you're sold when you're younger, that you're fully grown up by that point," Vielma says. "I feel like you're still kind of young and dumb and figuring it out. And so a lot of those moments are kind of like moments of love and solidarity and growth.

The album will be available on vinyl and digital platforms, with Lost Sound Tapes also releasing it on cassette.
