Foreign Film is a new project from members of Will Haven, with this group splitting from metallic hardcore in favor of instrumental post-rock. The band's debut is literally Under Construction, using that title upon release -- but it is still a work in progress at prsent.
The name references Will Haven's single "Foreign Film," from their debut El Diablo (1997).
The lineup features Jeff Irwin, plus fellow Will Haven musicians Mitch Wheeler (drums), Sean Bivins (guitar), and Adrien Contreras (bass), pllus Robin Florkin (piano/keyboards), Ryan Kerr (guitar), and Tami Taracena (backing vocals).
The first single is "Santa Carla," shared below and available on digital platforms this Friday, August 15.
The band is planning to tour the US and EU following the album's release.
