The Format just released a bonus track from the Boycott Heaven sessions, “The Bar Is Set So Low,” as a fundraiser for the Women’s Foundation of Minnesota’s Immigrant Rapid Response Fund, Immigrant Defense Network, Advocates for Immigrant Rights, and Latino Memphis. The band wrote the song as tensions with ICE actions grew, but ultimately felt its tone did not fit the album -- thus its standalone release later.

The band will be performing a series of free, all ages shows in parks along their upcoming tour, including stops in Minneapolis and Washington, DC,
