Atlanta, GA based Adjust the Sails, the emo project of Shane Hurst, shared a new single called "GLP-One Punch Man," out today. The song was written in the lull that follows a larger tour, addressing the cycle of depression, anxiety, burnout, relationship strain, and more.
Fittingly, the song comes out as Adjust The Sails is prepping for another tour.
