Equal Vision Records has announced the signing of The Color Fred, which is a side-project of former Breaking Pangea and current Taking Back Sunday guitarist Fred Mascherino. Mascherino will release his debut full-length, Bend to Break, on October 30th. You can listen to the song "If I Surrender" from the effort here.
