Crucial Blast recently provided an update on the label's happenings, including a number of new signings. First up the label has announced the signing of four new bands: atmospheric shoegazers Nadja, doom metalers Trees, Japanese avant-death duo NOISM, and black metal outfit Gnaw Their Tongues. All four bands will be releasing their label debuts this year. In other news, Black Elk has announced that founding drummer Matt Latorre has left the band and has been replaced by Jeff Watson, formerly of The Icarus Line.
