Justice Records has announced the signing of Austin, Texas indie rockers And You Will Know Us by the Trail of Dead. The band will release their sixth full-length effort and follow-up to 2006's So Divided through their own imprint, Richter Scale, in January of next year. The album was recorded in Austin, TX with prodcuers Mike McCarthy (Spoon, Patty Griffin) and Chris Smith (Sixteen Deluxe, Smog) and mixed by Chris Coady (TV on the Radio, Yeah Yeah Yeahs).
