Peaceville Records has announced the signing of Finnish prog death metallers Barren Earth - featuring former members of Amorphis as well as current members of Swallow the Sun, Moonsorrow, and Kreator. An EP is due in November with the band's label debut currently scheduled for an early 2010 release.
