Arcade Fire have signed 250 copies of the deluxe edition of their recently released Miroir Noir DVD and combined them with a limited edition hand silk-screened poster signed and numbered for a special package to benefit Partners In Health. It is available exclusively here with all proceeds going to Partners In Health.
