Larry Livermore to return to releasing records?

Posted Sept. 12, 2011, 7:57 p.m. in Rumors by Matt

Larry Livermore, founder and ex-owner of Lookout! Records, posted the following Tweet early this morning:

Didn't think I'd ever get involved in putting out records again, but just may have made me an offer I can't refuse.

No further information is clear yet, but the message refers to Green Day vocalist Billie Joe Armstrong, one of Lookout! Records' most famous signings, before they pulled their catalog from the label due to unpaid royalties. The label has never recovered from the loss and stopped releasing records several years ago.
