The dates and first set of artists for the 2009 edition of All Tomorrow’s Parties has been announced. The second-annual event takes place September 11th through the 13th at Kutsher’s Country Club in Monticello, NY. The co-curator has yet to be announced but artists confirmed include Dirty Three, Suicide, Animal Collective, Panda Bear, David Cross, Atlas Sound, and Anti-Pop Consortium.
