COVID-19 and the shutdown of live shows has caused Riot Fest 2020 to be postponed until next year.

Now with the dates set for Sept . 17-19, 2021, Riot Fest has announced the first wave of tickets for the near-annual Chicago, IL gathering. In 2021, acts will include Run the Jewel, Circle Jerks, Toots and the Maytals, L7, Fishbone, Fucked Up, Gogol Bordello, Pixies, Lupe Fiasco, The Smashing Pumpkins, My Chemical Romance, Pup, and more.

One change for next year includes the addition of a Thursday preview party (limited access), with surprise performances the night before the party officially begins. Hit the bump to read the full Wave 1 lineup announcement.

Still basking in the release of his fourth solo album, No Dream, released earlier this year on Polyvinyl/Quote Unquote, Jeff Rosenstock has announced an upcoming Instagram Live fundraiser performance on July 1.

The fundraiser, at $2 per ticket, will benefit various Black Lives Matter, bail, and transgender funds and takes place at 6pm PST/9pm EST, accepting requests through June 29.

No Dream will be available on vinyl on Aug. 21.

In a statement on their website, Dirtnap says:

It is with a heavy heart that I must announce that the Dirtnap 20 Year Anniversary Fest has officially been cancelled...
If you have already bought tickets, they will be automatically refunded in the coming days, there is no need to do anything. We will be re-scheduling for June 11th and 12th, 2021 at the same venue. People who bought tickets to this one will be given special pre-sale access for tickets to the next one.
