Before he broke out leading the jittery pop-punk band Chisel, Ted Leo was paying his punk rock dues. And now Leo is set to reunite with one of his pre-Chisel bands, the late-80s/early-90s New York hardcore band Citizens Arrest. Brooklyn Vegan reports that Citizens Arrest are now back together, with Leo on guitar, and they've got shows planned in New York and Philadelphia.
