- The Flatliners- Cavalcade

What band did you discover in 2010 (can be a brand new band or an older band) that had an impact on your life? What made them significant?
I had heard of the Flatliners for a while and never really checked them out until a tour i was on crossed paths with them (not playing shows together but hang outs) and it was then when i conned them into giving me a free copy of thier record. I grew up on Fat Wreck Chords punk so of course Cavalcade was immediately embraced.
How will you remember 2010? (In terms of music)
Ill remember 2010 as a year i was on tour a lot and was still pumped on records that came out in 2009
With more and more bands switching to digital methods of releasing music and communicating with audiences in 2010, do you think there's still a place for physical CDs and word-of-mouth shows in the future?
I guess theres stilll a place for physical CDs... Or so Im told... I guess so the angry little 12 year old brat who only gets his music from Best Buy will find some random punk record on clearence which is coincidentally the same thing that will piss his parents off, so he buys it and from then on will start to develope a taste for rare 7inches he hears about on punknews.org.
As far as Word-of-Mouth i have never heard that band so i have no idea! (my attempt at a joke)
