After nine years without a release, Portland, OR crust-punks From Ashes Rise are planning a 7" on Southern Lord. On July 17, 2012 the band returns with the two-songer Rejoice the End/Rage of Sanity, their first release since 2003's Nightmares (Jade Tree).
The band originally formed in Nashville, TN before relocating later to Oregon. They have released 3 full-lengths and a number of singles and splits since the mid-1990s.
